Welcome to https://www.reneo-cosmetics.com (the “Website”). There are some rules which our visitors must follow when using our Website, so please read our Terms and Conditions of Use carefully.
This website is brought to you by responsible person Cosmovit d.o.o., address: Pot v Smrečje 3, 1231 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number: 6836852000 (“Cosmovit” or “we” or “us”) and all rights, including copyright, in the content of the Website, is owned or controlled by Cosmovit d.o.o.
Cosmovit d.o.o. provide access to the Website and sells its products to you subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use set out on this page and the Terms and Conditions of Sale which follow.
ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
We will do our utmost to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Website and those transmissions will be without errors. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information and content provided on the Website. Your access to the Website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

SALES TERMS
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our notice for further information. In order to contract with Cosmovit, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Cosmovit retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
Stock levels are subject to availability and we do our best to ensure all orders are packed accordingly to the desired quantities and styles. Should any order not be fulfilled by our warehouse upon packing due to items becoming out of stock, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We do not hold any orders and cannot cancel orders at this point of the process. Orders will be packed and shipped as usual in our normal processes and procedures.
We will endeavor to deliver all products you have ordered in a timely manner.
DELIVERY
All products purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have received your Order Confirmation Email but your products have not arrived within a timely manner, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Note that during exceptionally busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or when the weather is particularly inclement please allow additional days before raising a query.
If your order has not been received within realistic timescales as further set out below, in the first instance please check with your local mail delivery office to see that they are not holding your parcel. If they confirm that they do not have your products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

CUSTOMS
When ordering products from the Website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from the Website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Cosmovit will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not happy with your products ordered from our website, please follow our returns procedure, so that we can assist you in the exchange or refund of your order. Cosmovit reserves the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure. We may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our Returns Procedure does not affect your statutory rights.
You may return new or unused products which you wish to exchange or return within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were delivered to you (confirmed by a shipment document). Where you wish to exchange a product, please note that you will only be able to exchange with a product of the same or less value than the original item you wish to exchange. Please notify us about your wish to change or return a product by emailing at info@reneo-cosmetics.com with your order details.
Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Cosmovit cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. Products purchased on sale (discounted price) are not eligible for return or exchange. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Cosmovit. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, Cosmovit will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. All exchanges are subject to availability. We will refund the price you paid for the Product(s) after receiving the returned products at our warehouse, the actual refund period may vary depending on the payment method you have chosen to use when you ordered. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs, as mentioned above.
Delivery Costs
a) If you are returning goods for exchange or return, there may be additional delivery charges.
b) We will not refund the original delivery charge in the case of exchanges or returns.
c) You will be liable for the delivery costs incurred by us in sending you any products as exchanges.
d) In the case of returns, you will only be refunded the value of the goods ordered.
e) We will only pay the return costs and subsequent re-delivery costs (if applicable) if the return is a result of our error or the goods are faulty.
This Returns Procedure does not affect your statutory right to cancel or any of your other statutory rights.
Faulty items after review and conclusion of reflecting production issues will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability, or refunded. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period from the date on which the goods were delivered to you (confirmed by a shipment document). All products purchased during our final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in these terms and conditions.
All goods must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging (please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned goods and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the goods). Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid.
We will refund the cost of the goods to the method of payment used to place your order within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order or of the notice of your statutory right to cancel.
PAYMENT
We accept card payments, bank transfers, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Your usage of the Website and your orders will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order products from us unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
